1. The official Bellemès Website is as follows: www.bellemes.com. The "Website" developed by Bellemès Expert O.A.K., (hereinafter: "Bellemès") and is used as an online shop to display the products and purchase them by the user (hereinafter: "Sales").
2. About sales
2.1. Bellemès allows you to purchase its various products through this website in an easy, secured, and fast way.
2.2. For each product offered for sale, there is a basic details on its side that includes the product name, product quantity, product description, price, payment terms and other relevant details (hereinafter: the "sales page").
2.3. All amounts and prices displayed on the various sales pages include VAT according to law, if VAT is paid on the transaction according to each law.
2.4. After confirming the order by the system and obtaining a confirmation number, or later on, by the electronic system, the user becomes a customer (hereinafter: "the customer" or "the operation"). 2.6. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit companies, the buyer will receive an appropriate notification. In this case, for the purchase to be completed, the buyer will be required to contact the Bellemès customer service center to arrange the credit companies' approval to execute the transaction.
